How do I return an item?

Please email your Sales representative or contact us for information.

 

What do I do if an item is damaged?

Any item with a Manufacturer's defect is able to be returned for a replacement item, store credit or credit to the original form of payment. Please contact your Sales representative or contact us for information.

 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payment via Wire Transfer, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Paypal.

What is PayPal Bill Me Later?

This product will be available for purchase on or about the date listed in the product description.  You will be able to pre-order any items that have not yet been released. 

 

What are my shipping options?

Unless specifically requested, we ship via UPS and USPS.  We strive to keep eveyone's shipping costs as low as possible.  If you have an account with UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc, we are happy to ship on your account also.
